Used Gordon’s on recommendation of Volkswagen Dealership. Was happy with the politeness and honesty of the employee that towed the vehicle. Actually was assigned the same employee when it was towed both ways. His customer service was very satisfactory. Unfortunately there was a mishap with the gas cap during the tow. The employee told me exactly what to do, and the owner corrected the problem. Five stars for this business.
