Chad is awesome. Seriously- couldn’t be more thankful for him or this company. My car broke down on Tybee after breakfast, needed to get it home in Savannah to get checked out. They were there in less than an hour. He even got my car parked in the driveway so I wouldn’t get a ticket- which I really appreciate. Very great customer service, and really reasonable pricing for a tow. Highly recommend. Turned a bad day into a great one Tip your driver, they’re doing a wonderful service !

Michael was very helpful arranging everything I needed to get my Lexus back to the dealership. Caleb came to get my car and was super competent, knowledgable and careful as he moved my car. I am glad to know Hooks is there whenever I need them, they are the BEST!

We used this service on Saturday as our van needed very quick towing from one Toyota dealership to the other dealership so it could be fixed immediately before they closed and we were stranded in Savana Georgia! We definitely recommend this company! Very nice people to work with and prices are competitive with other companies. I highly recommend using this company!
