One Direct Towing

Amazing service 360! Experienced a car accident in Apex and Apex police called a towing company. Josh, towed my vehicle and was professional, kind, and very efficient! We chatted and then he handed me his card. When I went to see my towed vehicle ar his shop, he was a delight to chat with and very helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Great experience. Josh was very courteous ,kind and very knowledgeable. Had alternator go out in Raleigh and couldn't find anyone to fix it. Called the honda dealer in Wilson and they had the alternator and could fix it today. Asked them about towing it to the dealer. They brought it here and dropped at the dealer. Great and friendly service. THANKS.

Over the course of a few days worked with multiple drivers due to me needing to tow the vehicle around. The drivers were all very knowledge friendly, courteous, and helpful! These guys are in our community and really care - wonderful service 10/10!!
