I can't say enough about their customer service. This whole team is amazing, kind, and helpful. While waiting for firewood, they kept me informed almost every day. The day wood became available for pickup - I went to the office, paid for my load, and the two young men in the crew outside loaded it up for me in no time. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Great experience with Branching Out Tree Service. Had them trim my 29 year old, huge Mesquite tree. Jim, Chantel and especially the crew were friendly, efficient and professional. The crew knew exactly what needed cut to keep branches from the roof and cleaned out all the dead stuff resulting in a very nice appearance. Thanks.
