The main reason I wanted to work with Hello Productions is because from our very first conversation, Christina made me feel like someone else was just as excited about not only bringing our wedding vision to life but also, and more importantly, our relationship and what got us (me and my now husband) here – and I knew instantly that I wanted her to be part of our wedding day. She got to know us on a personal level during the planning process and it made such a difference in how everything came together. On our wedding day, both of us, our parents and other family members were able to fully enjoy every moment and not worry about anything – Christina made sure of it. She and Alexandra (who is also amazing!) were totally on top of it. Plus, their existing relationships with our other vendors in the Pittsburgh wedding community added to the day. Everyone was on the same page and it flowed so well. Our wedding felt like a dream and we could not have asked for a better vendor team to make it happen. Christina & Alexandra went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (and I don’t think we could have been any happier!) leading up to and throughout our entire wedding. Truly, I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our wedding so special and memorable.
Christina was our wedding coordinator, and she is just such a sweet person! She truly cares about making your day what you envision! Over the time we worked with her, she truly became a friend! Also, our wedding day ran flawlessly!! We truly never had to worry about any logistics on the day of. We were able to enjoy our day and Christina and her team helped to create such a beautiful wedding!!!! It was the best day of our lives, and we were so happy to have Christina as a part of it!!!! The smiles on my couple's faces when they saw their ceremony and reception for the first tine said it all- just pure happiness and bliss. Alyson was so communicative with me, their photographer, as well as all the other vendors leading up to this Gardens of Stonebridge wedding. She made herself totally available for questions, planning concerns, and general information leading up to the date, and day-of kept in constant contact with my team to ensure every detail was managed and timeline was on track. She really made everything simple and perfect for this wedding, and truly cared for every detail. This wedding was mid-fall and she even decorated the hothands basket! Shari is extremely organized and well-versed in every aspect of event planning. She makes sure to keep the planning process on track by setting and adhering to a thoughtful event timeline. I'm teary even before I start writing this. I hired Shari for my mother's 90th birthday party. I think the only direction I gave her was: "I want it to be special." So I was not at all helpful. Shari performed an incredible magic trick -- she got me to stop worrying. The reason I get teary is because my mother had the best time at her party. She cannot stop talking about it. The SHE team is a powerhouse of strong, hardworking, intelligent and creative women!! We hired Alexis as a month of coordinator and let me tell you, BEST DECISION EVER!! During the planning process, you learn a lot about the wedding community, but when every single one of our vendors had nothing but GREAT things to say about our wedding planner, that speaks volume of how amazing Alexis and the SHE team are!! Alexis was there for me EVERY time I needed her even prior to the one month mark. I felt so comfortable with her too, which I think is very important when working with someone, especially on one of the most important days of your life. She even came to help pick out linens (which were amazing). I can honestly say, knowing that we had Alexis on our team made the day of the wedding and really the 2 weeks leading up to that day stress free. She was there to work out so many kinks for us, because it does happen, but if you hire someone with as much knowledge as the SHE team you have NOTHING to worry about! We also had the pleasure of working with Meredith from SHE on the day of the wedding, she was AMAZING as well, so sweet and helpful!!
