Andy Warhol Museum was established in 1994 and is among Pittsburgh's four Carnegie Museums. Warhol also includes work by other artists, a series of performance art, special exhibits, and movie screenings. Weekly Good Fridays programming provides a more relaxed museum experience, with a restaurant, half-price admission, and many unique programming. The museum contains Warhol's most extensive collection of paintings and archival materials and is one of the most comprehensive collections of single artists. They also know that art can bring relief in difficult times, or even provoke dialogue. They offer group admission rates and seminars and one-of-a-kind guided group tours.
