Nicole did an outstanding job as our wedding coordinator for a 150-person, slightly hipstery wedding at a Unitarian church. We had already picked our vendors and hired her a couple months ahead of the wedding to direct traffic. She helped guide us through a lot of important last-minute details and decisions and kept everything on-track the day of, including reminding us to eat food lol. We had relatively a lot of decorations and live music to handle, with very short set-up and tear-down windows to manage, and she took on those challenges with focus and ease. She balanced keeping everyone on schedule and making the day stress-free.
Nicole was a pleasure to work with and her help and support, especially the weeks before the wedding was invaluable! She was always willing to step in and take care of everything that was needed before the event. I really felt like I could count on her during the event, and it was 100% true.
