Profile Plan

I’ve been with Profile for about 18 months now. Alec has always been my coach and I’ve been so pleased! I’ll give Hannah a shout out too, as she provides different feedback as a coach when Alec is out. The first 6 months I have great success with weight loss. Last year was a roller coaster with my weight but Alec was my constant. Always providing feedback, talking me through what’s keeping me from moving forward, giving me new tactics to try. The positive from last year, I know that I can “maintain” for my long term success. Weight loss is a journey leading to a lifetime of change for the betterment of my health. It isn’t going to happen overnight. I’m looking forward to what this year brings for my health journey!!!!

My daughter and I started a healthy weight loss journey last October. We love Profile! They gave us a plan to follow, guidance & support. We are both close to reaching our goals and then we will learn to maintain our healthy lifestyle. We really enjoy Profile food too!
