Pella Windows & Doors of Akron

Julie, at the Pella showroom was very knowledgeable about the product. She showed cross sections of the product, explained merits of different materials and combinations of features I prefer. There was no pressure to purchase. I set up an in home visit and can't wait to see what Pella can do for my house. I built a new home in 1975 using Pella windows. I no longer own the home but I know those same Pella windows are still functioning well after 49 years. Dennis, Pella's Replacement Sales Specialist, followed up on my showroom visit. He was very understanding of our family's long term plan for our home and provided replacement products that fit our physical needs and budget. Everything was explained clearly in terms of materials, fabrication and installation. He answered all my questions about insulation and trim. I look forward to our new windows and can now visualize how they will match our house's style and give it a "fresh face."

Dennis was wonderful at answering all of our questions, addressing our concerns, and was overall extremely kind and knowledgeable and helped guide us through the entire process so clearly and carefully. We are so grateful he was the one to come out and talk to us about the process with Pella today. Omg you gotta work with these people ! At the showroom Julie gave me lots of info to prepare me for my visit from Dennis. Both of them helped with all my questions & made the whole process very easy. I’m getting 3 new patio doors to replace those which have seen better days. I’m very pleased. Can’t wait for installation!
