Pella Windows & Doors

The Pella windows installed in my bedroom replaced the drafty old wooden frame windows and made it the coziest room in the house. They also look great. My house is about 45 years old and had settled so one of the windows was a little crooked. The installer had a piece of wood stained to match the wood work and used it to fill in so that the crookedness would not be noticeable. He could have done just the basic installation, but he took that extra step to make the window look perfect. I am very pleased with my new windows.

Three installers came on time. They were polite and clearly enjoyed working together. They worked very hard on installing new patio doors. It was a difficult task because part of the building has subsided and they needed to make the whole thing level. The custom doors are attractive and functional. Simply perfect! The installers carefully moved furniture out of the way and covered nearby furniture and floors with drop cloths . Everything was vacuumed afterwards. True, Pella windows are more expensive than other brands. But if you want excellence with a custom door install, you need installers that do JUST that. Pella’s got my business!

I highly recommend Pella for getting the right job done. They made a middle replacement in my old bay window that was like the original. More than getting that part done to excellency, the professionals who worked with me during this process were top notch. They attended to details such as keeping me informed during the long wait.
