Budget Blinds of Chesapeake and Norfolk

We had our blinds installed by Justin Scott with Budget Blinds. We couldn’t have asked for a better installer. Justin was on time , enthusiastic, organized, efficient, focused, and delivered superb customer service.He answered all of our questions, and we couldn’t have had better service. We will be recommending Budget Blinds to our friends and family. If I could give Justin more than 5 stars, I would. The whole experience was superb. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend taking care of installers like Justin, as this kind of customer service is hard to come by these days.

The shutters that were installed in our home look amazing! We have received numerous compliments from visitors. LynnDee was instrumental in helping me decide between blinds and shutters. She shared many pictures and then brought in a sample blind and shutter. She was very friendly and accommodating. The installers, Justin and Brandon did a superb service. They were very professional and their experience was obvious. Justin even took the time to make sure my husband and I knew how to maneuver the shutters. We are very satisfied with the service of Budget Blinds and will recommend to others.

We were so pleased with the entire experience of working with Budget Blinds. Lynn Dee did a great job of helping us decide exactly what would look best in our home. Rongi, Jonathan, and Justin worked as a team, were courteous, and were very efficient. They were also very neat in removing our blinds and installing the shutters.
