From start to finish, my experience with Budget Blinds was terrific. I was able to get a prompt home appointment with the designer, who gave me excellent suggestions and advice. Two weeks later, as promised, the installer came exactly at the scheduled time and installed my purchase quickly and professionally. Heather arrived as scheduled. She was so helpful when we were making the big decision! Our order came in much earlier than expected (nice!) And Cody did our installation. He was tidy and quick and the blinds look great. We later went to the store in Reno and had two nice and knowledgeable people help us choose a valance. Very pleased with everything.
