Dlux Window Coverings is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. From our first encounter visiting the South Reno showroom, we were extremely impressed. Olivia greeted us warmly, efficiently demonstrated their products and offered a variety of samples and options. Kaitlyn came out the following week well prepared and knowing ahead of time what we were looking for. Her experience and excellent taste was very valuable to us in making our selections. The products arrived ahead of schedule and the installer showed up with all the components knowing exactly how the install was to be done according to what we discussed with Kaitlyn. Our installer was meticulous! We couldn’t be happier. Great company, great employees, great products.

I was replacing 20+ year old honeycomb window shades in my bedrooms. I wanted top-down/bottom-up insulated shades. Olivia in the office helped explain what my choices were and Kaitlyn came to my house with sample books to look at. Kaitlyn made sure to put the samples in daylight and evening light situations so I could see how they went with the paint colors in the room. Everyone was very professional and their pricing was right in line with other places I visited. I chose D-Lux because their customer service was superior. I am very happy with my window covering selections.

Very professional from the time we walked into the showroom and talked to Olivia to when Kaitlyn came to do the measurements and we picked out our window coverings. The installed did a fantastic job, and everything is working great. Highly Recommend
