I am a repeat customer. I have purchased blinds from Budget Blinds in 2015, 2020 and most recently January 2023. The 2023 service was to replace two blinds and fixed two others. The design consultant was helpful in picking the right color for our decor. The installation tech took the same level of care to address the blinds that needed to be fixed versus the new installation. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional down to the consulting company who handled their incoming calls.

Great product and even greater service. The installers showed up ahead of schedule (even on a snow day!). They installed my shade and blind, made adjustments until everything was perfect, and then took plenty of time to answer my questions. Thanks for the excellent service, team! I love my new motorized shade, and the blind over a large window.

Very responsive service! We were instantly able to get ahold of the office. My wife and I sometimes work from home but not always so it is important for us to have on time service. The guy we had, Mr. Higgins was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He taught me a bit about blinds as well as suggested other great options.
