Custom Blinds & Design

We had a fantastic experience working with Jill at Custom Blinds & Design. She listened to us and provided suggestions based on what we were looking for. She provided multiple options we could choose from and when we ultimately decided on what we wanted, she was very patient and worked hard to get us within our budget. The installation was quick and professional and when we discovered a small issue with some of the blinds, they were replaced free of charge (in fact, they replaced an additional one because they wanted to make sure it matched the one that was replaced). We couldn’t have asked for better service or a better product!

Nicole was terrific to work with in choosing the perfect blinds for our new home. She truly gave such a personal approach including making sure we got the absolutely best pricing. Joe’s measurement and installation skills are top notch. They are the best when it comes to working with customers. They follow up very well. Also, Joe, their installer has been excellent. He even has given me a few tips on fix the blinds if our dog gets a little rough. We will use them again.
