Timan Custom Window Treatments

It's been 2 weeks since our custom drapes were installed, and we love them more and more each day! Timan Custom Window treatments not only made our vision come to life, but exceeded our expectations with their product and service level. We had 3 other companies (Home Depot, Costo, 3 Day Blinds) come out, who were nowhere near Timan from a product, price, and customer service perspective. Adam was our sales person and installer. He had good balance between listening to our request and making suggestions of his own. We received our product within 4 weeks and he installed it in about an hour. Their Cleveland showroom is beautiful and full of with what feels like endless amounts of samples and examples to choose from. Elizabeth helped coordinate the appointment and was the point person for any questions we had-she was also exceptional. We will be using Timan Custom Window Treatments for ALL window needs go forward.

Our designer, Jason, provided great advice on the kind of window treatments that would work best in each room of our new home and helped us to select fabrics, colors, and other options that worked great. And the installation team was top notch.
