3 Best Furniture Stores in Cleveland, OH

I have shopped here for multiple bed frames, couches, etc. for 10+ years and have always had a good experience, but I feel like my last shopping trip deserved a review. After a lot of procrastinating, I decided to get my daughter a new bedroom set for Xmas - THE WEEK BEFORE! I arrived at Northeast to look around and was hoping there would be a nice set that could be delivered to my home before the holiday. Low and behold, Ashley made it happen. She looked through inventory, contacted the warehouse, and even had a delivery set up before the day was over. My daughter was and still is over the moon for her new bed and dresser. There's a reason I keep shopping here and recommend it to anyone who needs furniture quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you again to Ashley and to the Toms who I've worked with in the past. You guys are awesome and definitely helped make our Christmas.

Tom was the perfect sales associate. He was available for questions without hovering and was very knowledgeable about Northeast's extensive inventory. He was able to give us a great price on the recliner we chose. We will definitely return to Tom at Northeast Factory Direct for further purchases.

Excellent no-frills furniture store operated by real people. Service was fast and comprehensive including delivery! Adam followed up and addressed follow-up questions. My wife and I look forward to consulting with them on our kitchen project.

Very simple process. People in store were helpful. Purchased dining set for my mother. It was delivered the next day (way ahead of schedule). Although I wasn't there when they set it up, they did not have the proper hardware, but they made it work. I just hope there are no problems down the road. I was told that the warranty is for one year. Great prices and customer service. So far we are pleased.

Let me start by saying hands down from start to finish our sales person ALI was very helpful and he did his best to give us good deal for what we need it , quality furniture professionals staff from sales to delivery guys if I can give 10stars I would.
