KUFNER TOWING REVIEWS

We had to have my daughter’s car towed 3x in two days. Kufners was absolutely amazing every single time! They towed it off the road when the lower control arm & cv axel broke, then from a house (with not the most convenient driveway), to another, then to the dealership. They were super quick- they said 30 mins; it was 29 mins the first time, and less than 25 mins for the 2nd tow. The 3rd tow we had to work out a time that was convenient for the dealership- they were perfectly accommodating! As for cost, I couldn’t be happier. The last tow was the longest and I was worried about what it may cost, it was more reasonable than anyone in my family predicted! And the cost was given up front- no surprises! They obviously also kept great records; each time I called, they knew the last location, my preferred payment method, and had all the details for the car. Everyone was incredibly professional & still super friendly! I only wish that I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!

At a time where most service providers are delivering substandard service, this place reminded me what awesome looks like. Got stuck in 71S tonight after work and these folks were recommended by a competitor that couldn’t respond in a timely fashion. The driver called me twice en route ensuring he knew where I was at, made sure I was safe while he loaded my car into the truck, and safely got me and my working car to the dealership. The driver was pleasant, kind, and efficient. Bravo to this company for having such a reliable employee!

My Mustang Mach-E broke down in my one car garage. I was worried about getting it towed out of the garage, especially since it’s an AWD electric. Kufner sent out Jimmy and he was great to work with. He explained things in a way I could understand and gave me confidence he knew what he was doing and wasn’t going to mess up my car. Thanks Jimmy!

I didn’t personal deal with them but I was along side my sister when she had too ! The person who answered the phone was very nice & very tentative to my sister needs ! He had a truck to us in a matter of minutes driver who came was very polite & Eager to help…. Definitely would recommend SMITHSONS towing ANYDAY…

I have used them a couple times already and he has never disappointed me! Answered me quickly and came and removed my car the same day. Great communication and service. Highly recommend!

Called and Charles was awesome. Was able to tow me within 30 min from when I called. Super affordable and didn't make me wait all day. I highly recommend this company.

Overall good experience. Very Friendly and seemed to take care of my car. She is rusty and old and I never like having her towed but I felt less anxious after seeing the care that went into handling my vehicle. Thanks!
