Tom at Rad Air got me back on the road as quickly as possible. I had a flat and was forced to drive on it for a short distance to a safe spot to pull over which destroyed the tire itself. I showed up at Rad Air 30 minutes before close and they ordered and received a new hybrid tire and had it mounted and balanced by lunch the next day. Excellent service and to top it off the staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.
I went to RadAir for convenience to my work location. I could hear my breaks. They assessed the repair job, cared about my safety and provided outstanding service. So when I needed an oil change it was a no brainer. They were my first choice. Outstanding service, great explanations and quality work.

We had a great experience with Simon’s Auto Service! Our car needed several repairs and they handled everything. They were reasonably priced and gave an excellent cost breakdown. They told me what to prioritize if we weren’t able to have all work completed at that time and they were understanding and kind when speaking to us. They had to order a few parts and still managed to get a lot of work done very quickly. The car drives so much better and I’m so happy we found them.
Actually I got new struts and links front and rear, coolant and alignment. The service was excellent and they are very friendly and courteous. Explanations were understandable and I was advised of a recent recall I wasn’t aware of. I trust Simon’s. Thus far I have a good vibe and hopefully it will continue for future services. I feel comfortable recommending them.
