John, who has serviced my shades, is the epitome of world class service. He goes above and beyond, is competent and knowledgeable. It’s not often that you have the same serviceman each year, and that’s a plus of dealing w a local company.

Sunburst Shutters gets an excellent rating from me. I have had them in my home 6 times to install shutters one room at a time. The shutters are beautiful! I now have them in all of the rooms in the house. Living in Northeast Ohio in the cold the shutters also keep the room warm and adds installation to keep the cold air out. When ordering them they have been honest on the timeframe and was on point. The installation service is highly rated. Always came at the scheduled time. This company is a 5 star+++++++++++ plus company.

We can't say enough good things about this company! This is the vendor used by our builder for closet shelving and shower door for our new construction home. We met with Mike to go over options for closets, and are very happy with the ability to customize each closet for unique needs. We decided to get all window coverings through CD Michaels , and are so happy with everything we chose with Mike's help. We selected a nice variety of shades for our home, and they are so beautiful and functional we don't need anything else! Installation was professional and on time.
