HILTON CLEVELAND DOWNTOWN REVIEWS

We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago, and didn't even look at other hotels when we made our plans to visit Cleveland again. Every single person employed by the hotel is outstanding. The people at the front desk, the valet parking people, in the restaurant, etc. The breakfast is great, and dinner at the restaurant is always our best meal during our stay. We've eaten at other very good restaurants in the area, but the dinner at the hotel, both 2 years ago and this past week, were outstanding. We used the valet for parking and our car was in front in about 5 minutes after I texted a request for it. The Rock Hall is a short walk away from the hotel, and the Pro Football Hall is an easy straight 1 hour drive. Both Halls are great, which is why we came back, though this time it was with another couple.

The hotel staff was pleasantly welcoming and provide assistance from the time I checked in until the day I checked out. Dwayne checked me in, gave me an outstanding Lake view room with 3/4 windows, which made me happy throughout my stay (the views were lovely). Mrs./Ms. Valerie (host) and Mrs./Ms. Tellniya (waitress) were very friendly and put a smile on my face each day I went to the Burnham for breakfast. Tynetta checked me out and insured my bill was accurate with all daily credits added before I left. I will most definitely stay here again on a future visit to Cleveland.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cleveland. I was lucky to have views of the lake, the Browns stadium and the Rock n’ Roll hall of fame. My room was clean and spacious and housekeeping came promptly during my stay. I was treated very well as a diamond member. The front desk staff was top notch and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

HYATT REGENCY CLEVELAND AT THE ARCADE REVIEWS

I’ve stayed at this Hyatt several times and I am always overly satisfied. The rooms are lovely, staff is always top notch, but the real thrill is the architecture of this building and the arcade. This history is very rich with this hotel and social area. Its affordability makes it a diamond in the rough of all the other downtown hotels. It’s in the middle of everything and close to all the venues, restaurants and nightlife. Oh! And the Casino is close too. Highly recommend this Hyatt. Beds are very comfy, water pressure is strong, parking adjacent or valet, and dining options are solid.

We booked the Arcade for our wedding day celebrations and could not have been happier with the process as well as the result! Sarah, our planner, was incredible to work with and made sure we didn't miss any of the details that may have affected our wedding. Perfection from start to finish! 10/10, WILL stay here again.

Rooms were nice, with reasonable prices. The view was beautiful. Walking around really sets you back in time. Simply gorgeous.

THE WESTIN CLEVELAND DOWNTOWN REVIEWS

Only stayed one night for a funeral, but would definitely stay again. The room was clean, the view was amazing and everyone we came in contact with was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like is on the weekends the door from the garage to the hotel is locked and coming back to the hotel late at night after being with family we had to walk outside and around the block to get into the hotel. Would have been nice if our key let us in. There was a call box but nobody ever answered it. The area at night seemed sketchy ( but we are also country folks) so we didn’t like walking and carrying our stuff that far to get in. Also parking is 20-30 a day.

We stayed the weekend from out of town for a volleyball tournament. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was great and newly remodeled, the staff was very pleasant and hospitable and the location was amazing. We had a great time walking to find coffee and food near by. Be ready to pay for valet at $50/day or park yourself in a connected garage for $21/day- a heads up that the parking garage has extremely low ceilings. We especially appreciated the joyful and upbeat greetings we received each morning from Camerae.

This place is beautiful. The staff is amazing both inside the hotel and the attached restaurant Masa Agave. I am not often impressed with the Marriott brand because all of the Courtyards are so cookie cutter now. It looks like I need to start using other hotels.
