My Salesman, Mike, was great to deal with; he was kind and patient as he answered all of my questions. I loved his suggestion on my front window replacement. The new windows allow for air circulation in my living room. For 13 years I have had NO AIR FLOW... I HAVE AIR FLOW!!! (Happy Dance, Happy Dance) Kathy, whom did my scheduling, she was very kind too as I had to move my appt a couple of times. She was very accommodating and gracious. The crew that came out for installation were VERY Prompt! My installation time was 8AM and they were in my driveway at 8:04AM. The guys were very professional and courteous. They put plastic down on my flooring to protect from debris... I felt sorry for them because it started raining shortly after they arrived. They wiped their feet as they entered my house. The guys worked well together as a team. I would HIGHLY recommend Window Nation. They all worked well together from Sales to Scheduling to Installation. I'm so happy with my new windows! My windows were installed today, and I think they're great! They are so soundproof that one installer was outside a window with his radio playing, and when the other installer closed the window I had to strain to hear the radio! The windows blend perfectly with the surrounding internal woodwork of my 60+ year-old house! Cliff and John were very personable, thorough, and clean. My only suggestion for improvement is that the financing paperwork is a little confusing. Other than that, very satisfied.
This is the company you want for your new windows. On-time, all the guys were very professional, quite polite & friendly. They did 14 windows & showed me how they tilt for easy cleaning. They also thoroughly cleaned everything up & really did a great job. Also, they made 14 windows affordable.
