Brian Naughton was our sales rep and he truly was amazing to work with. He was super helpful and walked us through every step. He was easy to get in touch with and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our windows. The windows are extremely well made and only took a day to put in. We were told they were scheduling 6 weeks out and Brian was able to get a rush on them and we got them installed in 4 weeks. We are rehabbing a house and have a timeline we need to stick to. The whole process was very smooth and easy.

I can’t say enough great things about Window Nation! I’m beyond excited to get my new windows and see the difference in quality, functionality, and curb appeal they’ll bring to my home. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Joshua did an outstanding job walking me through everything—he was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the product. He took the time to demonstrate features, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident and informed. You can tell he truly cares about what he does. Highly recommend!

The project from beginning to end was a painless experience, not what I expected. Our salesman Jim understood this project was a large expense for us and was very patient as we worked through the process. He offered a multitude of options and explained the benefit of each. He was pleasant and professional throughout the process. We even found we have a lot in common. The communication was excellent regarding the preparation for the installation, including the measuring and the scheduling for installation. The installers communicated their arrival time, again we found Rudy and Ryan to be pleasant and professional. I widows were installed with care. We look forward to moving forward with the remainder of our project soon. Our windows seem to be well made and they look beautiful.

I am so emotional because my house looks a thousand times better just with getting the new windows alone! I can’t wait until I get the siding & doors done with Universal Windows Direct. Matt came out & clearly explained the whole process to me & even got me a great discount. The measure tech came out & measured & explained everything clearly. Then the installation guys, Kenny & Jim, were simply AMAZING!!!! Everyone was professional & very friendly. They made me feel comfortable with my purchase & like family. I’m so excited! I was going to wait for the siding, but after seeing how beautiful these windows made this old house look, I think I’m ready for the siding now! Lol! Universal Windows Direct I truly appreciate all that you guys have done for me. I am so truly grateful! I also wanted to add, Jim B & Ken B cleaned up very well behind themselves. We had such a great experience with Universal Windows Direct. They had great financing and were helpful through the whole process. Our windows were expected 6-8 weeks and they came and were installed in 4 weeks. The actual crew that installed our windows were awesome! They were polite, they were respectful of our house and got all 25 windows installed in a day. It’s only been a few days and we already notice a huge difference in sound and how cool or warm our house is staying. Overall would definitely recommend.

My entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had quite a big job, 20+ windows to replace, and from our initial contact, to the measurer, to Nate and his crew, it was all wonderful, professional, and efficient! I can’t believe they did the job in 5 hours (there were a lot of installers at once working on every quadrant of the house). Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I was referred to Dan with EZ windows by a coworker. And I’m glad I called him. I had some windows damaged in a storm, and we established what was needing replaced and I even decided to just get new windows for the rest of my home because they were just old and drafty and fogging over in areas. Dan was very easy to work and deal with and his crew that installs, are fun yet professional and willing to answer any questions you have. They even determined as they ripped the old ones out that the old windows were actually installed improperly and some were not even secured enough, but boy were they caulked enough. I can’t say enough good about them. Finally my home is warm again, and I can see out of my windows. Give them a call! I’m glad I did. Thanks guys!

Dan and EZ Windows were so easy to deal with. Dan gave me a quote via phone with a picture at HALF the price of what the another place was charging. The other company also came to the home for a two hour in home estimate. The installation was soon after signing the contract, not having to wait weeks. Installation was done by 3 curtious, professional gentleman who were quick and clean. Highly recommend EZ Window Solutions. Thanks Dan and crew, LOVE my new sliding door!!
