Love this place! Huge lofts, it’s downtown (which is a huge plus). Decent gym and it’s connected to a wonderful grocery store! You don’t even have your leave your building. As I stated you’re already downtown, so you’re near the theaters, restaurants, shops, comedy clubs, etc.. You can also walk to the waterfront (which also has some fabulous restaurants).

Just finished our first year at The Bingham! It’s been wonderful living here! The location, the convenience of having everything you need within walking distance, is great. The building itself is beautiful , inside and out. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with, and attentive to any needs. I could go on, and on, about all the positives! The only negative to speak of, is the elevator for the Penthouse floor...just have to wait sometimes. But, thats it. Plan on staying !

The building is very clean and maintenance staff is nice,. Randa is the property manager and she is very helpful. If your new to Cleveland, they have events for residents almost monthly. Its helpful to meet people and make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend paying for the indoor parking. Winter in Cleveland is no joke!

The Hanna building is a really nice place to live - I lived in a modern spacious 1 bedroom apartment during my time as a downtown resident. The staff was friendly, and its location is convenient to Heinens for groceries down the road. The small convenience store and Starbucks in the building is also a plus. If you're looking for a sweet apartment, you definitely gotta check this place out. 10/10 would recommend!
