All of the teachers here are absolutely incredible. Classes are fun and flowy. Studio is charming and always clean. Love the mirror walls to help with alignment. Teachers will politely help coach with correct form. Frozen lavender towels after every class. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and proud to call Bend and Zen my home studio :).
The instructors are all amazing and kind. The atmosphere is both relaxing and energetic. The owner Meredith is very understanding and kind. Would recommend to anyone.
