TOP 3 PROVIDENCE POWER YOGA REVIEWS
The slow & strong class with Nik is so restorative and empowering. I loved that he said, " even real trees sway in the breeze, it's okay if you wobble," and, "it's not a performance, it's a practice." His instructions were clear and easy to understand which is great for someone like me who's been practicing for years but not all that consistently. When I left I felt melty and boneless in the best way. Definitely take Nik's class if you're looking for yoga that will simultaneously relax and invigorate you!.
Love this studio! A wonderful community to be a lifelong learner. My favorite part is the really wide-ranging variety in classes and instructors-there are endless opportunities to try new things, and it’s been my experience that no two classes are ever the same!.
My favorite studio in RI! All of the teachers are amazing and they offer a wide variety of classes. Also they’re Instagram is a must follow, love seeing the reels with the teachers.

TOP 3 RHODE ISLAND HOT YOGA REVIEWS
RI Hot Yoga is my go-to spot. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also foster a welcoming and supportive environment. The warmth of the heated sessions complements the friendly atmosphere, turning each class into a rejuvenating experience. Catering to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis, the diverse classes ensure there's something for everyone. Beyond just a practice space, the studio's cleanliness and the authentic friendliness of the staff make it a community I'm grateful to be part of. For anyone seeking a personal and uplifting yoga experience, I highly recommend RI Hot Yoga!.
Try this studio; you won't regret it. I started going in 2019 because their class schedule fit my busy schedule, ranging from 6AM-730PM. Even better, they offer remote classes for when I'm traveling. I quickly saw improvements in my strength and flexibility. Unlike other gyms I've been to, there is no aggressive sales, no unhealthy standards or pressure - the message they put forward all the time is to do what you can with the body you have today. It is a very diverse, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere. Better yet, they added a wellness center with sauna, massages, and reiki. Also, there are many payment options to fit any budget. Definitely give them a try if you're looking for a supportive fitness environment.
I love doing yoga at RIHY because this form of yoga suits me really well for both mind and body, and RIHY is a really well-run studio with welcoming, helpful and professional instructors leading the yoga. The original hot yoga series, aka "26 + 2" is the best way I've found to quiet an overactive mind and it's physically challenging enough to get a great workout. I've recently started taking the yin yoga classes which I love for the extreme relaxation I feel after taking them. Core Fire Conditioning is a serious strength workout that is fun and high energy. The studio is immaculate and staff always helpful. The studio has many additional services that I hope to try soon like red-light therapy and massages! They have a nice store to get high quality gear as well. I highly recommend RIHY -- if you are thinking of trying hot yoga, give them a try!.

TOP 3 JALA STUDIO YOGA & ART REVIEWS
Bristol taught a class for Rhode Island Vegan Awareness last Saturday. It was my first time there, she was welcoming and the class was restorative. I appreciated Bristol's inquiry of any injuries before class, she checked in on s too make sure it wasn't too much and also offered to help correct our postures if needed. I most definetly recommend this studio.
I love Ben's, Lindsay's and Bristol's classes. They are very skilled, experienced, welcoming and professional. The studio is spacious and clean, and has a calming air to it. I am very grateful for Jala's presence in Providence.
I had been practicing yoga for ten years, but it wasn't until I walked into Jala five years ago that I knew I found what I had been seeking all along. Excellent teachers with many years of experience. Incorporating ancient wisdom into classes - not watering it down, but teaching directly from ancient texts. The best community - kind and thoughtful people also looking to learn and grow.
