Wow! I literally forgot where I was because they’ve created such an incredible sanctuary. What a welcome respite from the chaos of the outer world. I’ve only tried the Monday evening in yoga so far but it was absolutely amazing & the supportive community vibe is so nice. Highly recommend. Namaste.
Lovely neighborhood yoga studio. Have taken classes with Lindsay, Jess, and Jazzmine (Black Rural Doula) all of whom are excellent. This has become my go-to yoga studio in DSM.
I love this studio. Lindsay is a great instructor and I always leave a class feeling emotionally and physically fortified. Fave studio in Des Moines!.
