Carbon Health Urgent Care SF Inner Sunset

I love this location, I’m someone who is typically very afraid and uncomfortable when I need to go to the doctor’s due to previous experiences in Santa Cruz, CA. At Carbon Health, everyone on staff makes me feel welcome and comfortable. The medical assistant I’ve had the pleasure of seeing a few times, Kim, is always so friendly and personable, she makes me forget I’m even sick! The facilities are modern and clean, wait times are pretty minimal compared to what I’ve dealt with in the past, especially when it comes to Urgent Care. Such a dream! I’m seriously considering making the switch and seeing a Carbon Health provider as my primary care provider.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Rolph was very nice & made my first experience at CH smooth!!!!! S/O to the staff who did my travel Covid test, super nice, easy to talk to & I was in & out in 15mins like they said!!!!! Come here if you’re in the area & in need of their services!!!!!

Irving St front desk office were courteous and efficient. Virtual assessment with PA was very smooth, and then I was able to get a PCR test. Was very easy to set up a same-day appointment. 10/10 recommend.
