This was my first time going to Carbon Health. I made an appointment easily the night before for a rash / skin infection. Everyone was friendly, and my appointment was on time. Katy was very nice and helpful in helping understand my skin issue. I was in and out in 30 mins with clear next steps. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

Super customer service, clearly explained what I need and what to do. Reasonable waiting time. The doctor was friendly and patient to listen to details I provided, she is knowledgeable and provided details for what she is doing. Very happy! Recommend this place.

I received courteous and compassionate care from Michael and Annabel PA. Annabel took the time to explain the rationale for performing a complete work up. I would definitely come back to this Carbon Health.

The staff provides a comfortable, safe, nonjudgmental but helpful environment. I had problem with my eyesight and I was recommended an online site where I could get a cheaper yet reliable place to get corrective lenses with all the varieties of frames. I was grateful for that. The doctor is knowledgeable and straightforward getting to the purpose of the visit with a friendly yet professional environment. It’s an honorable clinic. Clean, professional, fast, friendly and knowledgeable place and staff.

Excellent client and medical services by experts in the field. The entire team is amazing and take pride in ensuring each patient feels like an individual and not a number. Lastly, Dr Bartoli is outstanding, grateful to be under his care.

Everyone at this office is absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the doctors...very attentive and friendly! I want to give a special shout out to nurse Thessa, she is truly a gem.

UCSF HEALTH-GOHEALTH URGENT CARE REVIEWS

I went in for an eye infection. I was seen quickly, diagnosed correctly, and had antibiotic eye drops sent to my pharmacy of choice right away. Facility was very clean and provided free tea. The best part was they took my insurance (I have Medi-cal). Everyone was very professional and compassionate. I will definitely be back when I need urgent care.

Excellent staff and doctors. Urgent Care is like concierge services so it is quite pricey and not all insurances cover it but when you're not feeling well the Services provided outweigh the cost. Dr. John M. Martinez treated me , but I'm sure other doctors are just as great.

What a tremendous experience from beginning to end. The medical team is absolutely outstanding. All are standouts! Because of their help- I know I will be better.
