SF RELATIONSHIP COACHING & PSYCHOTHERAPY REVIEWS
I 've had the privilege of knowing Jeremi for around 10 years. We studied at graduate school together and he then interned at my agency providing mental health services to our clients. He was stellar as a clinician working with a population that suffers from chronic homelessness, addiction, trauma/PTSD, and mental health issues.
I reached out to Jeremi a while back when I was stuck in a rut. He helped understand ways to compartmentalize and balance work, relationships, and wellness. Since we connected I've had a shift and am newly committed to my career growth, my romantic partnership, a greater acceptance of my present, and vision for the future.
Jeremi is a trusted colleague and a dedicated professional. His warm and caring personality immediately puts you at ease. Jeremi is highly skilled in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and I would recommend him to anyone seeking couples counseling or experiencing relationship difficulties.

CENTER FOR SOMATIC PSYCHOTHERAPY REVIEWS
This center is somatic based so when you talk to your therapist, s/he will watch your body language as well as listen to your words. That's the part that helps me the most. Philip Racies is the best therapist I've ever had. I'm thirty now and have been in and out of psychotherapy since age 9 - voluntarily most of the time - and he really shines above and beyond the rest. I can never tell when he's using some "specific technique" that I can get around because I want to avoid going too deep. He brings me to a deeper place gently and with so much care and safety that I always make it to my appointments on time and without dred (which, I've had many times in the past with other therapists). If you're a conscious person who's trying to figure out how to navigate this difficult thing called being human, try somatic therapy, it's the best thing you can do for yourself. Ask for Philip because he's really, really great.
If you do decide to try Somatic Psychotherapy, I encourage you to keep an open mind. Especially if you're not a very spiritual person, to begin with, you might feel like they're being hokey or something. Just go with it. See where it takes you. If you're going to put the time into trying to be a better person, allow the experience to take over. And I'm sure, it'll change your life - like it has changed mine.
This is the greatest deal on earth-top notch therapists trained by exceptional staff and master therapists in somatic (body based) psychotherapy. Their sliding scale makes it possible to get the some of the best therapy available at a price you can afford.
