I attended Rachel’s Dance Your Bliss retreat at Omega Institute and had a blast. Rachel is a heartfelt and compassionate leader who made space for each of us in the group. I felt totally comfortable with her, and the workshop left me feeling rejuvenated and inspired. She took something daunting and sometimes heavy, but made it fun, cathartic, and beautiful. Thank you Rachel.

Rachel is an incredibly energetic and inspiring coach. I thoroughly enjoyed a weekend immersed in beautiful music and poetry, guided meditation, uplifting movement, and creative activities using my non-dominant hand. Her warmth and positivity made the experience truly special. Highly recommended.

Engaging and informative sleep workshop! Many new takeaways and great reminders of sleep habits and sleep hygiene. Loved practicing the stretches, movements, and breathing.

He is trained and experienced in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and I also has expertise in somatic therapies and treatment of anxiety. I feel very comfortable referring to him and recommend him highly.

I found Jim to be a therapist that I could trust and feel at ease to talk to, which really helped me get to the important things I had to deal with. I've found that it is so very important to find someone that I can trust and work with to deal with life's challenges. Jim has helped me get through some very difficult times.

Jim is a warm, gentle and empathic therapist. He exhibits a genuine caring and is able to see issues clearly. Jim has been a trusted colleague for 29 years. I strongly recommend him. He is especially helpful with anxiety and with couples and relationship issues.

I love this service. I started using LifeStance during the pandemic and the clinician I found was amazing. I went through a lot with my health and my doctors followed up with her. I realize I got very lucky with my care team. I’ve also used their therapy services and that was great also. If I could give more that 5 stars I would.
