I had the opportunity to work with Dr. Jenna Cullinan today. She was so cheerful, kind, and made me feel truly cared for. I went in for custom ear molds, and she explained the process clearly and made sure I understood each piece of the process. She even enabled me to have some fun with it - giving me a choice of colors. I LOVE the staff here. The front desk guy is so wonderful, helpful, and positive. I was welcomed as soon as I arrived, and he was happy to collaborate to update my info in the system. Looking forward to coming back and picking up my new ear plugs.

I bought my hearing aids at SF Audiology well over a year ago. Caitlyn did an excellent job of cleaning them this week, as well as about four months ago also. The quality of the hearing aids and the quality and friendliness of the service are both excellent. Thank you Caitlyn.

I cannot imagine better service than I get from SF Audiology. Especially I have to praise Andrew. Thank you.

SOUND SPEECH AND HEARING CLINIC REVIEWS

AS GOOD AS IT GETS. It would be difficult for me to even imagine any audiologist-hearing center being any better than Sound Speech and Hearing. It has surpassed my highest standards for integrity, expertise, helpfulness, reliabiilty, and unbiased guidance. This is my second year under their expert care. I had hearing aid providers before in Marin county, where I live, and wanted to stay local but after being referred to this provider in SF, I can't ever see me changing. They not only 'Go the extra mile' on my behalf, they "Go to the next state." A truly remarkable service provider that puts the consumer first from start to finish.

Top quality service at a reasonable cost. Even though I am an experienced hearing aid user, I learned a lot from Melissa during my initial fitting process. BETTER HEARING CENTER REVIEWS

I have been going to Better Hearing for nine years for hearing tests and servicing my hearing aids. Shui Lan Lee who is the Center Audiologist is always kind and helpful. She has helped me with a custom fitting for one of my years. Each my ears has a slightly different opening. Most hearing aids are not tailored to fit everyone's ear. That service has made a big difference in the successful functioning of my hearing aids and am thankful for her attention to this.

Been with Better Hearing Center since I moved to SF 15 years ago. Great service and very knowledgeable. After experimenting many different HA centers, I don’t think I can branch away from them.

We have had excellent and Professional expertise hearing aid services from Dr Shui Lan Lee at Better Hearing Center located at 1400 Franklin St in San Francisco.
