Gal holds a Master's degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) and is trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT), and Hakomi somatic psychotherapy. His approach integrates psychotherapy, coaching, and spiritual guidance, emphasizing the body-mind connection and mindfulness to facilitate transformative change. He is also an instructor in the Hakomi method and serves as adjunct faculty at CIIS and JFK University. The Couples Center offers both in-person and online sessions.
