BETTINA NEUMANN, PT, CST, LLCC - RISING SUN PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
I worked with Bettina for over a year for various chronic and acute issues and she is the best physical therapist I have ever had! When I first came to Rising Sun I was in constant pain and was unable to do many everyday things, and after working with Bettina I am now able be more active than I have been in years. She has such an incredible understanding of how the body works and is able to recommend a wide range of things both in and outside of physical therapy in a way that really helped me to set up me own healing process in a way I would not have been able to on my own. I really appreciate how she works with her patients and has a collaborative approach that made going to appointments something that I actually looked forward to. Thank you so much to Bettina and everyone at Rising Sun for all that you do!
I first came to Bettina in November after having surgery to remove endometriosis. Bettina is incredibly knowledgeable and a lovely physical therapist. I have seen improvement with my pelvic pain in the 6 months I have seen her, and feel much more confident that I will be able to continue symptom management on my own in the future. She has helped me gain more understanding of how my body works as a whole and how it is affected by different chronic conditions. I am incredibly grateful to have worked with her and gained more of her insight, and would recommend working with Bettina to anyone, whether it be for a chronic issue, an acute injury, or both she has been extremely helpful in all aspects of care.
Bettina is a healer. Compassionate, fierce, and knowledgeable- she is magical. Bettina drew from many different modalities to help me feel safe, protected, and move through pain quickly. Her work is deep and full of both practical and intuitive wisdom. Highly recommend!

KENDALL ROBERTS, PT, DPT - POTRERO PHYSICAL THERAPY REVIEWS
Potrero PT is a great place. It feels more like a small gym than a rehab facility. All the therapists are very professional and personable. Kendall Roberts is my therapist and she is really great, very effective. I am a repeat patient, and I will go back any time I may need physical therapy. In the last year she treated me on three separate occasions. Every time she had the right set of exercises both at the facility and for home. The first was for a frozen shoulder. It was painful and I hardly could lift my arm. Now I am back to normal with full mobility. The second was for back pain derived from a chronic condition that got worse and her treatment brought me back to base. And the latest was for a painful hip bursitis that got me limping and now I am fully recovered. Based on my pleasant and successful experience I recommend Potrero PT and Kendall without reservations.
I saw Kendall Roberts at Potrero Physical Therapy for several months to help rehab a sprained MCL. Kendall was wonderful to work with. She helped me go from not being able to walk without a brace to running and weightlifting like i did before the injury. Kendall did a great job of giving me a progression of exercises to work at on my own at home in between sessions. She was also great about incorporating feedback on how different movements felt and would design new exercises to help address weak points. For instance, at the start, i would feel a lot of pain whenever my MCL was stretched. Kendall suggested some creative exercises that would gently exercise my MCL in that way to strengthen it like banded abductor work and applying pressure to a yoga ball with the inside of my foot (like kicking a soccer ball). Overall, i really enjoyed and got a lot out of working with Kendall and Potrero Physical Therapy. Also, the facilities were clean and had everything i needed during my MCL rehab.
This was a great place for PT, I worked with Kendall, she set attainable goals and was really encouraging and my issues were resolved, back pain gone, knees stronger. The practical advice was really helpful about walking, stooping and bending. the office staff was always helpful and found appointments that suited me well

ELIZABETH SCARPELLI, PT, FAAOMPT - SCARPELLI AND ASSOCIATES PHYSICAL THERAPY, INC REVIEWS
Liz Scarpelli is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with. When I came to her with a severely damaged ankle, I could only walk a block or two without pain. I'd been told that only surgery would help. Thanks to the incredible treatments I had in her office, and the at-home exercises she gave me, I am now able to walk for miles. Liz is super smart, thorough, patient and very intuitive. And she has an amazing number of tools in her tool bag. She also runs a great office and has a terrific, engaging personality. A True Healer.
Liz Scarpelli is an exceptional Physical Therapist. She worked with me to gain complete range of motion after arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Because I have confidence in the care I receive at Scarpelli and Associates I did not hesitate to return for treatment of my other shoulder with a seized scapula, shoulder and neck. Before seeing Liz I suffered excruciating pain for months. The first treatment relieved the pain. With minimal number of exercises and return visits I’m healing well.
Liz was great! She was attentive to my needs and helped me rehab my ankle and elbow injury. I received the highest level of care and could not recommend this PT practice enough!
