HUMANE WILDLIFE CONTROL INC REVIEWS

We live in the city of San Mateo. We retained Humane Wildlife Control to assist us with relocating several mice who had gotten into our home. To ensure no mice or other animals entered our home in the future Humane Wildlife Control identified and closed porous entry points into our home. Furthermore they taught us how to close up new porous entry points after their work was done. As a result since their last visit there have no entry into our home of mice and other animals. Humane Wildlife Control visit to our home was in Nov. 2017 and i am writing this review in Aug 2024, seven years later. This is a testimony to the effectiveness of Humane Wildlife Control work vs using poisons.

If you believe that we co-exist with the wildlife in our communities and want a kinder way to deal with rodents or other critters, then this company is the way to go. Rebecca and Duane run a small operation and are hands-on all the way. We appreciated the thoughtful manner in which they addressed us and the wildlife we were trying to remove from the inside of our house, back to the outside. And they worked with us until the issue was resolved.

In this world of death and barbarity it's nice to have a company that takes compassion seriously and works hard to protect all life. The animals that enter your home got there because you/we didn't secure our place and they are not trying to harm anyone. Removing them and putting them back into the ecosystems they came from quickly and safely is awesome!!! Thanks Rebecca!

MR RACCOON REVIEWS

Mr Raccoon is wonderful. Junio spent a couple hours under my house looking for the raccoon, possible babies and all entry points. He was able to seal off the entry points and put in a one way door the same morning and is coming back to put in stronger vents. He genuinely cares about the raccoons and their safety.

Junio was the ultimate professional. Had a skunk issue and he came out and solved the issue and put barriers up which will keep skunks and other animals from getting under our house. Junio is diligent, nice and his prices are fair.

Junio took care of baby raccoons inside our wall! Him and his team really know raccoon behavior and did a great job.

I had a pet chickens named bluebell that passed away suddenly. I had no idea what to do. My partner made some calls, and this was the only place he could find that would help us with her body. She was only a chicken to most people, but she was our pet, she lived inside with us and we loved her very much. I brought her up there, and everyone who worked there that I spoke with was unbelievably kind and compassionate and understanding. I was shocked at how nice and empathetic everyone was. She was our pet and we did not want to just throw her in the trash, and they understood this and treated me just as important as anyone who came in with a dog or a cat. They ask $30 fee for disposal. I'm pretty sure that you can pay more in order to have some of the ashes returned to you for a reasonable fee in addition to the $30, I didn't ask. My partner is creeped out by keeping remains, so we didn't ask about it. While I was there, I noticed a building for grooming, adoption, and one for lost and found. I didn't know which building to go in, so I just went to the last one. (Lost and found. I am so grateful for this place and for the very nice people who work there. Thank you all for being so nice and kind during a traumatic experience

Process of adoption was simple and straightforward! We adopted my cat from the shelter and she’s an angel. They were very diligent about making sure the landlord was okay with a cat and that we had paperwork and approval first so make sure you have that prior to adoption. Also I hope this is an update for the shelter that Storm is in a loving home and as happy as can be.

I had a great experience with this place. Found a bunny and brought it in for info. Very helpful and clean! They take great care of all the animals.
