I had issues with my furnace turning on so I searched on Thumbtack and found Heating and Air Experts. I sent a message and they were able to send someone for a service call the same day. They were quick and professional throughout my experience. For the service call and the repair/maintenance, Moe called ahead to let me know when he was 5-10 minutes away. During the service call, we talked through the problem and he was able to quickly determine that I had an issue with the gas valve within a few minutes. He ran through my options with rough quotes and I decided to go with replacing the valve and to also have a routine maintenance performed to make sure everything else was good order. They had the valve in stock so I was able to schedule the repair and maintenance for the following day. Moe was efficient and able to complete the repairs and maintenance in less than an hour. He let me know that the circuit board would eventually need to be replaced but that it was something that could wait until it completely fails. His efficiency and honesty were greatly appreciated. I would recommend anyone experiencing furnace issues to consider giving Heating and Air Experts a call.
