TOPDOG SF REVIEWS

This review is for Top Dog SF’s dog party rentals. My pup and her siblings were turning 1 year old, and I knew I HAD to go all out for their first birthday party! Scheduling was easy and Natalie was so helpful with all my questions. The space is AMAZING with an indoor & outdoor area, which was great given that it rained on the party day (the rain did not stop the dogs though from having a blast)! We had 20 people and 9 dogs join and it did not feel crowded. I could have cried when I first got to Top Dog before the other people & dogs arrived. The party hosts, Mike & Jay, did an amazing job decorating the space with a banner, balloons, table toppers, it really set the party mood. Speaking of the hosts, highly recommend hiring them. They took care of cleaning up accidents, kept an eye on the pups during playtime, facilitated games & obstacle courses, and most importantly took lots and lots of photos & videos! 10/10 would recommend having your next or future dog party here.

The Top Dog team has been wonderful in caring for my young bernese pup. There are a lot of daycare options in the area but what we love about Top Dog is that they handle pickup/dropoff and we have the peace of mind that our dog is safely off leash in a fenced/controlled area with attentive staff. Scheduling and making changes is easy via their online platform and it's great that we receive pictures at the end of each daycare day. Would definitely recommend Top Dog.

Our puppy, Pirate, completed Puppy School with Top Dog and then transitioned to the ranch adventure day camp. All the trainers and care takers have done an excellent job - Pirate gets so excited to see them! The whole team is communicative and responsive. They really know what they're doing.

Citizen Hound is AMAZING! My dog, Pluto, absolutely loves his daily adventures and always comes back happy and well-exercised. He often eagerly watches for his walker, Makenna, to come pick him up and then, after being dropped home, watches her leave from the window. Makenna has been incredible at building trust with Pluto, easing his anxiety, and always sharing adorable photos. His backup walker, Molly, is equally wonderful and attentive! David, Kayla, Leticia, and Wes have all also sat for me, invariably taking excellent care of Pluto. A special thanks to Kayla for always showering him with extra love and treating him as her own pup (especially during a 9-night stay!), and to Leticia for first alerting me to an abnormality in Pluto’s bone during a sit. I would highly recommend Citizen Hound to anyone.

Truly can't say enough wonderful things about the entire team at Citizen Hound! From the onboarding process, David and Kayla took the time to get to know my dog and his temperament and preferences to ensure he would be in the perfect group for him. We have been lucky enough to be a part of both Charlie and Tyler's packs and they both were absolutely phenomenal. The clarity and consistency of communication, their patience with my dog, and attention to detail are top notch. I've used several other similar services in San Francisco and can say without a shadow of a doubt that Citizen Hound is the very best there is.

Could not ask for a more wonderful dog walking group. All our walkers (over the past 3 years), Madison, Alex, and Nikki have been absolutely amazing. They are super communicative, respectful, and really care for the dogs like they are their own. Could not recommend Citizen Hound enough, 6 out of 5 stars. Slurpee will miss them a lot.

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Sniff and Go! Our pup is a rescue and not good with other dogs, so it's difficult to find walkers we trust to take him out in San Francisco while we are at work. The Sniff and Go team is phenomenal with him and we never have to worry. They are also incredibly professional and reliable. We would give 6 stars if we could.

We were so lucky to come across Sniff and Go for our puppy. Emi and her team are extremely professional, communicate effectively and we thoroughly enjoyed their services. The attention to detail and putting your pet(s) focus first is top notch. We fully trust Sniff and Go and can’t say enough about their talents and experience.

It’s very comforting knowing that Charlie and Dexter are in such good hands. Our beagles can sometimes be a handful.. as hound dogs they’re always looking for food on the street, but all the walkers do an excellent job of keeling them safe and happy. Excited for the space they just opened up for day care and training.
