Was given an out the door estimate and within 36 hours had a new, much more quiet opener that was a considerable upgrade. The installer Ed was very polite and considerate, following all covid protocols. I had a question about the operation and within 10 minutes, he responded with an answer. I had a problem with my garage door spring/balance and A+ garage door was able to repair and align the door within an hour I contacted them. They were professional and quick, and the service fee was reasonable.
The torsion spring broke on our garage door. A Plus Garage Door came the next morning with two great guys, Ed and Angel, and they fixed the spring, replaced the frayed cables, upgraded my metal wheels to quieter nylon wheels, and oiled the whole thing. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend them.

We have been using Garage Masters for years at our 21 unit building. Today I called them - late in the day - with an emergency. Garage door would not open or close. They wanted to come first thing in the morning, but I told them we had six tenants using that garage door, so 6 people were not going to be able to get in or out. I said they couldn't open it manually because several tenants were elderly and would not be able to do it. Within an hour they were at the building, replaced the broken spring with a heavy duty high cycle spring, and as luck would have it, the motor was burned out, too. That also got replaced and our old key entry system was replaced with 6 new remotes and a key pad at the door! Our tenants will be so happy! Excellent service and fairly priced for all the work that was done. Another Good Service experience with Garage Masters. Highly recommend!
