I've used them before, so I was familiar with their work. Extremely thorough, I knew the price ahead of time, detailed description of what they were going to do, confirmed the cleaning details before they began and even threw in a little extra cleaning of a glass door and adjacent windows at no extra cost (and I was already getting a 15% discount!). Place looks much better and a noticeable difference. Friendly and professional staff and follow up call from the company to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Can't recommend them highly enough.

ASF were very professional, friendly, and eager to please. They did a great job, and took tons of photos for me to use for my proof of roof cleaning for my insurance company - so I hopefully can continue to have homeowners insurance!.
