Wonderful professional service! Went to recover data from my liquid damaged macbookpro, and to my surprise Del repaired it for $390! He used ultrasound cleaning. So much better than Genius bar that offered no data recovery and estimated a repair cost equivalent to purchasing a new computer!.

Phenomenal service! My MacBook battery wasn't retaining charge and there was an issue with the motherboard. Apple wasn't able to fix it and had turned me away. Del was able to fix my MacBook within 24 hours and for such a great price! He provided me a quick turn around with short notice as I had to travel. Simply amazed that my MacBook is fixed now. Had lost hope after Apple had said they can't do anything. Thank you!.

I had a good experience at this repair shop with my ThinkPad having a TrackPoint issue. Ultimately, the issue wasn't resolved, because it seemed that motherboard replacement would be necessary. For a computer a couple of generations old, it's not really a worthy investment. The technician/Ed was forthcoming and wasn't trying to up-sell anything. Troubleshooting of this kind is rather technical, but it was completed within a reasonable amount of time, and the price for the service was very reasonable in the end. Thank you for your service.
