I have experienced outstanding customer service at Pestec. Had used them for a rodent problem three years ago and I remembered Pedro and contacted him when I realized there were rats in the backyard again-- not unusual in SF. Pedro is so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with! So happy to find his traps full! So cheery about carrying off the remains! He makes all the yucky things disappear. Clayton who does the scheduling is likewise affable and extremely attentive.

Great service. I described what I thought was a bed bug to a man at Scent Tek yesterday. He laughed, said he didn't think it was a bed bug, and told me I didn't need an inspection. I appreciate his honesty! FYI their rates are: $175 for an inspection of a bedroom + living area. $25 for any additional rooms. They can do weekday daytime inspections.

I called today and unfortunately they're booked for a couple of weeks out for the service I need provided for a flea infestation, but the woman I spoke with over the phone was so helpful and gave me lots of information, advice on what prep work I will need to do before I find someone to come to my house, and even some other businesses I should contact. I wish I could wait two weeks to use them but time is of the essence. I am very grateful though for her listening to my dilemma and letting me talk through this stressful situation.
