Michael communicated while on route, and upon arrival. He was pleasant, personable and very knowledgeable. He explained in detail his plan of action for finding an exterminating rats. His initial inspection confirmed that we had rodents and he went about setting traps in a crawlspace and attic. He explained that he would return in a couple days to check on progress. We were very pleased with his manner, efficiency and service. Highly recommended.

The Orkin technician who came to our house was very knowledgeable about our problem. He took time to explain what needed to be done, and he explained what initial steps he would take. He was exceptionally helpful in explaining the steps we should take over the next two months. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his overall plan.

Serge was great! Called me to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Listened to our concerns and did a thorough job supporting our concerns. He was polite and efficient.
