My experience with the customer service was 10/10. I waited until the last minute to try to find a shoe for a wedding and the person that helped me was so amazing, they listened and calmly found a perfect match. The sandal is beautiful, comfy, and made by Riker so it’s a quality addition to my collection. It was exactly what I was looking for. Every interaction I had was wonderful in the store. Other perks - dog friendly and free parking lot. I will definitely be doing my shoe shopping in the neighborhood now.

came in looking for shoes for a buddy’s wedding and dan hooked me up. he helped me with examples based off what i was wearing, and gave me honesty about what would be best for the occasion. he gave great advice and for it alone i would come back to shop here. there is a wide shoe selection, with very competitive pricing. plus there is free parking if you plan on buying something! this place is great and i’ll be back for my next pair of shoes.

This long time family owned shoe store is beyond amazing. It has a great selection of well made shoes (if you want cheap crap, go elsewhere). They have excellent, old-time customer service (they will measure your feet, if needed). We highly recommend Alamo Shoes!

Amazing customer service!! I love fleet feet so much!! I booked an appointment online on a Sunday. Walked in and was told they don't take appointments on weekends. But showed them the text confirmation and they quickly assisted me and my partner. We both found shoes and were in and out very fast. I always have amazing service here.
