3 Best Apartments For Rent in St Louis, MO

I began living at Gentrys Landing a few months ago and ot has been an excellent experience. I have studio at a competitive price, a good view of both the city and the Arch, great neighbors, good staff and a fair and devoted resident manager. Yes, improvements are needed, but occurring. I think the parking costs are ridiculous but Gentrys Landing doesn't control that, neighboring Mansion House does. The pool is amazing, as is the observation deck. Come, take a tour, and you'll realize Gentrys Landing is an incredible place to be. Here are some pics of my place. Enjoy.

Great place to live. I am from St. Charles and I feel very safe here. Management is great .. Very attentive, and serious about security. Everyone is very nice and respectful of the other tenants. Steve and Lexi in the office are very knowledgeable and helpful if you need anything. I also like that there is a 24 hr front desk attendant and the garage security actually drive around watching the place so it's very secure. Another plus is there is a large convenient store right in the building. Would definitely recommend. I'm in the riverfront 1 bedroom 750 sf.

I had a fantastic experience living at Gentry's Landing! It’s such a fun building with an amazing community and views that are hard to beat. The front desk and maintenance team were always committed and responsive, handling service requests in a jiffy. Miss you guys! Gentry's Landing will always hold a special place in my heart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vibrant and safe place to live!.

By far the best apartment community I've ever lived in. I've lived here for about 2 years. The leasing managers are super kind and accommodating and in my experience, go above and beyond to make you feel at home. There are small community events in the lobby or atrium quite often. Emails are sent out about construction going on around the neighborhood, reminders that rent is due, and reminders about recycling/trash, etc - emails are always very polite, professional, and well executed. When there is a maintenance issue, it's addressed quickly - usually same day, but for for sure within 1-2 days depending on the severity. It's very clean, and when there *is* a mess (usually from residents), it gets cleaned very quickly. They schedule yearly window washers to come out, a resident organizes the mail room regularly, and hoses off the atrium deck when the weather is warm. So much care and detail is put into keeping the apartment property clean and organized. But look, the building is clearly very old - there are going to be some issues (as I'm sure you've read from other residents), but maintenance is always on top of it and do what they can to accommodate. Everything always gets fixed - I've never been left hanging. Overall, it's quiet, people are friendly and am looking forward to living here another year.

I have lived in the Laurels for more than 10 years. The office and maintenance staff are top notch and any issue I've had has been addressed in a timely manner. Any apartment complex is going to have various issues, but a good one addresses them quickly and without complaint, which is what the Laurel staff does. One of the best Apartments downtown.

Fantastic management staff. Especially Maggie Ratner, who manages a clean building and makes everyone feel comfortable. She even had Gus's Pretzel's for the entire building. (My little dog is named Gus.) Merelynn Burch is also excellent. She helped me find my lost car keys within 30 minutes. Clean building, well managed, and quiet. Highly recommend.
