We had Ms Gai Kranz help us for both the engagement ring and wedding bands. We enjoyed her so much that we called ahead and asked for her by name to give us her insight a sexond time. She is always a delight and not only was very knowledgeable, but also was genuinely interested in our relationship and helping us choose the perfect bands. Below we have attached the photos of the bands Gai helped us select and we are super grateful for her and her service! 12/10 recommendation for Gai Kranz.

Me & my fiancé had spent months looking for the perfect engagement ring & we were so pleasantly surprised by the help of Tiffany and the Diamonds Direct Crew. Tiffany made the process SO easy & I could tell she truly cared about me when trying to decide on the perfect ring. She answered all our questions & helped us created the most perfect Tacori engagement ring. We even went in to update them about the proposal & we cannot wait to start wedding planning. I cannot wait to return & design our wedding bands!!!! Thank you so much Tiffany & Diamonds Direct.

I cannot say enough great things about this location! My ring was originally purchased in Charlotte, North Carolina and had recently been damaged. Guy Is a magician!! He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and his work is impeccable. I also had the opportunity to work with Gai On an appraisal, and she is top of the top! Her knowledge base, support, guidance, and leadership definitely stands out. The entire team at this location are warm and welcoming, and definitely make you feel right at home. Adlers did an amazing job resizing my grandmother's (now mine) vintage jewelry. They handled it with such care, preserved the original design, and the result was perfect. The staff was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for exceptional craftsmanship and service.

5 Star for Sharon Green our Sales Assocate, 1980 my Jewelrier was Adlers downtown who always sold the best, did research to find Adlers had move to West Cty. I made appt with Sharon to help find the elegant danity Wedding rings for the both of us, and we like to share a few our wedding photo's with you of how our successful day went with diamonds. Married Oct. 2023, when Anniversary date come we like to check out something new as celebration. Thanks Adlers.
