GAPSCH CARSTAR COLLISION CENTER REVIEWS

We took our SUV there after a horrible hail storm last year. Let’s just say the process from start to finish was incredible. Hard to say when being down a vehicle makes life more difficult. These are good people who do phenomenal work. Our suv looked perfect when they were done with it and we couldn’t be happier. Hands down the best shop and even better owners and staff. Thank you Lisa and team.

I took my truck to Gapsch Star for hail damage. Everyone was kind, courteous and helpful. They estimated it, told me when to bring it in, and when it would be finished. Everything was just what they said. I would recommend them to anyone. I hope I never need a body shop again but if I do, I’m only going to Gapsch Car Star.

We had a great experience with Gapsch. Honest on the front end, Communication throughout with Mary and finally our car looks brand new again. Thanks again.

I highly recommend the shop. They were amazing to work with very good at keeping the customer updated on status of repairs. I was very happy with the service that I received for my car. No one ever wants to be in this situation, but it gave me peace of mind that they did such a good job on my car. I put a picture of what my car looked like after my accident and the beautiful job they did in getting it back to its full glory.

A great experience for a crap situation. Jamie was very clear about the work to be done and what my options would be. They worked with the insurance company AND the car rental company seamlessly. They were friendly and understanding of my schedule limitations. Their work exceeded my expectations on my 17yr old vehicle and completed a day earlier than anticipated.

Staff was warm and welcoming. I was informed of the process prior to dropping my vehicle off. I was frequently updated on the progress. My vehicle was completed within the time specified. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Audi, Porsche, BMW, Don’t hesitate calling Clint (owner) who has a strong pit crew including himself, Vic, and Ricky. I’ve went to them for almost ten years. Never disappointed. They have been the best caring for my Audi A6 and now my Audi RS7. Trust, hard to come by in our works. Refreshing to be able to trust and have faith in being treated with courtesy and professionalism…and a smile.

Dropped off some parts to this Schaefer Autobody . Nice , Big , Open floorplan as you enter the reception area . Good amount of seats in waiting area . Girl employee workin the reception desk was very polite and attentive to me as I dropped off the parts to her . Lobby was very clean and polished . Outdoor entryway was very clean also . Nice bodyshop.
