This is our second purchase from them, and since mattress purchases are such a huge deal, their purchase policies make you feel better about making the commitment. I will never shop anywhere else for a mattress, also because they go above and beyond every time to make sure we are completely satisfied. Do not shop anywhere else for a mattress!
They were very helpful and curious. They did not pressure me at all to buy. Had exactly what I wanted at a VERY reasonable price! This is the second time I purchased a mattress from them and will return for any future needs.

Wife and I were looking for a new mattress and nate took great care of us. He showed us some samples to see what we liked best, before showing prices. Nate didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store, rather he was more worried about what we wanted for our comfort level. I would highly recommend mattress direct sunset hills.
