I recently moved into a house that had windows installed by Window World in 2021. Knowing there was a minor issue we transferred the window warranty and used the warranty services to replace a window sash. The office staff is super helpful and accommodating, and technicians Brendan and Jaheim were fast, friendly, knowledgeable and on point with their service. They cleaned the new window sash and gave me a rundown on how to operate the the tilting/dual locking functions of the windows and the sliding of the windows and screen. The windows are high quality and easy to use. I have had an all-around awesome experience. Thanks, all!

We had our patio door changed . Great service from the sales man to the installer. We were told 9 weeks is the wait time from the time we ordered and the door came like 4-5 weeks, right before the cold which we were so happy about. The installation was scheduled few days after that and Shaun the installer took all day because we live in a condo it was a little hard to install the doors he did it and did not even take a lunch break so impressed with this company and services. Thank you shaun so much. We have two windows that we will be replacing here soon. Thank you Window World!

This experience was great from start to finish. The gentleman that came to give us the estimate was very good at showing us everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. The installers that came were very professional. They were here on time and were finished very quickly. They made no mess inside the home and even put our rockers back on the front porch. The men were so courteous and explained how the windows functioned when they were finished. The windows look great! As far as price, they were not the most expensive or the cheapest. I would highly recommend this company.

They both seemed eager to get started and they worked diligently replacing our windows and being careful on both inside and outside of our household.
