Bought a car after 10 years of having my other Ford car. The experience couldn't have been easier to handle, thanks to Jim Wagstaff as the person who helped me! Was honest, realistic, and answered any questions I had to help me with my decision. He even stayed past close to wait until I was finished with the purchase to help me download the Ford Pass app and connect my phone to my new car. Highly recommend.

This is a top notch Service and Parts Center. That’s the full extent of my dealings with Sunset Ford. Leah in Service, Nick the Service Manager, and Sergio the technician were fabulous to work with on accurately identifying and resolving my F150s faulty drivetrain. I received great communications and results.

My experience with Suntrup Nissan has been very positive. Buying a new vehicle can be an anxious process and their team genuinely cares about your comfort. I highly recommend working with Katherine Kramer. Between her patience while I took more than a week to decide my options, the collaboration to iron out any small concern I presented, just a great experience all around. Additional shout out to Jill the finance extraordinaire, and Todd Roth their GM (loved by nearly all the staff I would come into contact with). Their customer service has made me a big fan. Cannot recommend them more! Thank you.

I’ve been to many dealerships over the years and I can say Suntrup Nissan is by far the best! All of the salespeople are super friendly and helpful, the managers Steve and Todd took time out to say hello and gave me a great deal on my car. The finance team was very quick during the process and the service department was very knowledgeable when I brought my vehicle in for maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership and will buy my next vehicle from here as well.

Had a great car buying experience working with Tim Walther at Lou Fusz Toyota. We were able to agree on a price over email, and they removed an unwanted cable package without issues. Scheduled an appointment time and was able to do everything a little over an hour. They offered several additional services and warranties for those interested but were not pushy when I declined. Would recommend.

We went to Lou Fusz in KIRKWOOD for our first new Toyota Highlander! Nancy Schubert was terrific. She wasn’t pushy, she was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us all the bells and whistles. I was very impressed with everything Toyota offered for customer service. They went above and beyond. Very pleased with this experience.

We had a great experience with Jim (Bones) at Lou Fusz getting our Tundra. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and got everything done quick. I can’t imagine when I will need a new vehicle anytime soon, but I will definitely be coming back to Lou Fusz Toyota for my next purchase. We love our truck.
