Bay Hill Apartments

I am so happy in my new apartment. It is quiet and peaceful and clean. And I already feel at home here. The people here are amazing. Jade Williams was my leasing consultant and she was so GREAT. My move was unexpected, but had to happen fast and she made it so easy. She responded to ALL my calls and questions (and I had a lot). Corneilus, who also works in the leasing department has also been great. I had furniture delivered and the delivery people dropped it off in the wrong spot, unfortunately, I was at work and worried that it might get stolen where it was left and Corneilus got it to a safe location. I also have to give a shout out to the maintenance team. Fermin and Jon, they rock!!! I had a few issues that needed to be resolved and they got to me so fast and took care of everything so quickly. I feel very fortunate to have found this little gem of a place with so many great people.

I have enjoyed my stay at Bay Hill from the start. They are top of the complex and very responsive to residence. Their staff is out standing. From the leasing office to the maintenance technicians. Occasionally, some outside element can cause some havoc but once again management is on top of it. I enjoy the fact that it is a non smoking complex. I have to say I enjoy living here.

Best place we've ever lived! Brandi and Chris are super awesome, accommodating, and trustworthy. Our place was spacious and the best part is the units are spread out so you can't hear any noise whatsoever from the other apartments. Overall, a clean, safe, and great community to live.
