SIT 'N SLEEP LONG BEACH REVIEWS

Love this place. If you’re pissed and overwhelmed about needing a new mattress/ confused about what you even need to get, do yourself a favor and go see Kevin. He was amazing. My wife and I were dragging our feet to the store, not looking forward to hearing a whole sales pitch, etc. Kevin was great. Listened to our needs, showed us relevant options, answered all our questions, was super patient and helpful. He would show us a bed and then leave us be for some time to discuss it; really took any pressure off of us. Encouraged us to do research while also assuring us they did have the best price (I fact-checked him that night and he was right) We left the store and came back the next day to buy. Overall great experience, can’t recommend them enough.

After doing some research and checking our Consumer Reports issue on mattress’s and then going on the Sit n Sleep web page we went to the store in Long Beach on PCH. We were greeted by a sales clerk that listened to our desires and offered several choices. There was no rush to sell. We. Were given as much time as we needed to try the various models and we made our choice. When we left the store we we’re very satisfied that we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price.

Nicole, the Manager, helped us with our mattress selection! Super knowledgeable and my husband and I loved her sales style. Very refreshing from some other sales people that are very pushy and stalk you around the store. We landed on the Simmons Beautyrest and feel really good about our purchase! Would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Great mattress selection and excellent, helpful staff during my quest to find a new mattress. Matt took the time to answer my questions, and help me find my new mattress. Friendly service, and I didn't feel rushed to make my decision. Would highly recommend this location if you need to replace your mattress. I would definitely do business again with Matt.

Megan was attentive as soon as we walked in the door. I liked that because it’s an unusual experience for me- to have someone greeting me. I explained what I was looking for and she clearly understood and showed me what they had and it looked perfect. She hrlped with the measurements and recommended size given measurements of my current sleeping area and the price was to my liking so I purchased. I really liked Megan and I loved the fact that she didn’t try to upsell me anything. She was down to earth and very relatable Thank you for the positive experience- especially after a long day.

We had a delivery issue for an online order and called this store out of desperation to get a resolution. Veronica was so helpful! Not only did she figure out the issue, she resolved it and was really kind and apologetic even though it wasn't her fault. When the plan hit another snag, she initiated a call to update us and found a new solution. Veronica really provided exceptional service and we're thankful.

After reading some good reviews about this store and the mattress I wanted I bought a bed here. It is super comfortable and the sales experience was easy... There was no pressure to buy stuff I didn't need and didn't feel like I was being upheld as most mattress salesmen do. I will return like 7 years when I need another mattress and recommend this store to my friends and family.

Kevin was very helpful and patient throughout the entire time I was here. He really took the time to narrow down my options to something I was satisfied with and happy to take home with me! Aside from the service, the pillows and mattresses were very comfortable.

Kevin was very helpful with ensuring that I picked the right mattress for my needs. He also sold me on their amazing sale for the mattress of my choice. Highly recommended.
