My wife and I have been purchasing jewelry from Mark Schneider's jewelry business since I purchased my wife's wedding ring over 25 years ago. Sales representative Nas and jeweler's Hao and Heather did a wonderful job on our most recent purchase. Nas was very courteous, professional and very knowledgable throughout the entire purchase process. Hao and Heather assisted by quickly and professionally making final adjustments. The price is always fair at Mark Schneider and we highly recommend this business for all your jewelry needs.

Mark Schneider and his team are amazing. My fiancé did a beautiful job customizing my engagement ring. From the sketch, to the final product, Mark and his team put a lot of effort and detail into every step of the process. Rushey was amazing, he worked months to get the ring perfect for my fiancé. He also took extra time, and went above and beyond our expectations. We customized the ring, and we not only felt at home and safe, but Rushey listened to our needs and completed each task on time with outstanding accuracy. We could not be happier! The ring turned out beautifully, and we are so grateful to have found Blue Diamond. It’s such a classy place. They aren’t ever trying to make a sale, they actually cared about us and our love.

Nuket and Charles are amazing. They repaired my necklace by replacing the clasp. It was done quickly. I purchased a lovely pendant for my chain. I wanted to design a ring, Charles had wonderful ideas. Nuket then showed me pieces from her warehouse. I found a lovely piece and Charles etched a beautiful design on it for me. So, I basically got a unique piece of jewelry! They are a great team. You will be very happy with this jeweler! Their workshop is onsite, nothing is sent out. This is your jeweler!!!!.

The staff members were all very nice and professional. Their response times were all timely. I had a watch strap created and it’s beautiful! I very much appreciate the quality of their work. I highly recommend to visit this store for jewelry repair and custom work!.

The service and customer support was so great, we returned with two more times had more work done. This place ready back up their work with a pot of gold.
