We had a tour of the apartment complex with Melissa. Melissa was able to answer all our questions about the apartment. She gave us recommendations of things to do in the area. She went above and beyond. We had an amazing experience at Hathaway Apartments.

I’m pretty satisfied with the Hathaway team, not only were the professional and friendly. They went out of their way to find me exactly what it was that I wanted and with that I have no complaints for me living in halfway so far has been wonderful.

The leasing and management teams does a great job in making the new rental process very easy and in a timely fashion. the property is beautiful, they look brand new on the inside. i believe your expectations will be met. melissa in management is awesome.

I’d like to take the time out and recognize Jade a senior lead consultant at Bay Hill apartments! From the first viewing of the apartment along with any other issues she has been on top of things. Jade made it very easy whenever I needed to get my documents and paperwork all in order to move in. She has been very responsive to any of my concerns. Besides my own issues I see Jade around the community picking up packages from the Amazon box when tenants haven’t picked them up in a timely manner. Jade goes above and beyond as I see her cleaning the back walkway and other areas within the complex. The events and ideas she has come up with for the tenants are great from Tacos and beer to food truck vendors it has been awesome! Whenever I’ve interacted with Jade she is always very professional and very positive to work with always with a smile and willing to help. Overall I would highly recommend living at Bay Hill apartments as it has been a great first year and just signed my lease and looking forward to another great year at Bay Hill. Thank you Jade you are definitely an asset and a great employee!.

Great place to live, we have lived here for about 2 months and we love it. The property is kept clean and feels very safe. Everyone who lives here is very nice and friendly. There are great views since you are up on a hill. The front office is run by Chris and Brandi and they go above and beyond on everything and do a great job.

My experience at Bay Hill has been great so far. I enjoy the amenities and the hilltop views are breathtaking, but most of all I truly love and appreciate the leasing staff! Cornelius and Jade are so warm and accommodating, they have made me and my family feel very welcome and cared for, they’re literally the best! I’d recommend Bay Hill to anyone looking for a classy and comfy community!.
